Scaling Pipeline, Performance, and People: From Startup to Enterprise.

ABOUT ME

I’m Nicholas Bell, a senior sales development leader with more than a decade of experience building and scaling high-performing revenue organizations. My career has been about creating systems, teams, and strategies that turn ambitious goals into predictable results. I’ve built SDR and BDR functions from the ground up, developed managers and future leaders, and aligned Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to deliver consistent growth.
 

At Ushur, an Agentic AI company, I helped scale the business through Series B, C, and D. I built the SDR and BDR organization from scratch and grew it into a global team of 30 across the U.S. and India. I promoted SDRs into enterprise AE and leadership roles while keeping the team ahead of quota. Our influenced pipeline grew from $15M to $50M in three years and supported ARR growth from $2M to more than $40M. Both my team and I earned President’s Club recognition in 2022 and 2023. I worked directly with the CEO, CRO, and CMO on GTM execution, messaging, and board materials, while also guiding the team through several leadership transitions.

Alongside Ushur, I co-founded PoweredMD (formerly JaguarDB). I focused on GTM strategy, investor decks, product positioning, and personally closed the first five customers. This experience gave me the chance to sharpen my skills in pitching, negotiation, and closing while building credibility with investors and enterprise buyers.

Earlier in my career, I advanced at Payroll Systems from enterprise seller to Director of Sales and Business Development. I led SDR, BDR, and inside sales teams across the U.S., Mexico, and Europe. Revenue grew from $50M to $200M during my tenure, which helped position the company for its acquisition by ADP. These experiences gave me perspective on scaling teams at every stage of growth and adjusting GTM strategy to fit the market.

My leadership is guided by four pillars: people, process, performance, and platforms. I believe success starts with the right people in the right seats, backed by clear processes, transparent measurement, and modern tools. This approach has helped me build onboarding programs, career pathing frameworks, and performance systems that consistently produce promotions, pipeline, and revenue. For me, a great week isn’t just about activity. It’s about creating momentum, building pipeline, and advancing opportunities that matter.

Across every role, I’ve been able to operate at all levels. That includes coaching SDRs, developing managers, collaborating with executives, and contributing at the board level. I bring both vision and structure, and I have a track record of building organizations that not only hit targets but also create long-term value.
